Industrial Scale Manufacturing
At STAR PAPER BOARD, raw material sourced from paper manufacturing waste is processed into dependable paper boards through a practical step-by-step manufacturing workflow.
The Manufacturing Lifecycle
The process begins with pulp waste sourcing, continues through liquid conversion and roller processing, and ends with drying, polishing, cutting, and shipping.
Raw Material Sourcing
Raw material is sourced as waste from paper manufacturing companies such as TNPL, Karur and SPB Erode.
Liquid Pulp Preparation
The pulp is mixed with water and converted into liquid form. The proper liquid state is achieved by passing it over huge rollers.
Drying
Wet boards are then taken out and dried in the sun until they are ready for the finishing stage.
Polishing and Cutting
After drying, the boards are collected and polished for a uniform surface, then cut to the required shape and prepared for shipping.
