01

Raw Material Sourcing

Raw material is sourced as waste from paper manufacturing companies such as TNPL, Karur and SPB Erode.

02

Liquid Pulp Preparation

The pulp is mixed with water and converted into liquid form. The proper liquid state is achieved by passing it over huge rollers.

03

Drying

Wet boards are then taken out and dried in the sun until they are ready for the finishing stage.

04

Polishing and Cutting

After drying, the boards are collected and polished for a uniform surface, then cut to the required shape and prepared for shipping.

Quality Assurance

Each batch is checked through the production flow to ensure a uniform surface, practical finish, and readiness for customer dispatch.
